## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 * 5+ years of software development experience.
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
 * Strong experience building and supporting enterprise-grade Android applications.
 * Experience implementing offline-first mobile architectures and synchronization frameworks.
 * Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and mobile application design patterns.
 * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and cloud-based services.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
 * Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and mobile application security best practices.
 * Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
 * Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

 * Experience developing applications for Zebra ruggedized mobile devices.
 * Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 Field Service.

## Description

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will make an impact by designing and building a modern Flutter-based Logistics Workflow Hub that supports frontline business operations through scalable, secure, and resilient mobile applications. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative enterprise mobility solutions., * Develop scalable mobile solutions supporting Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld devices.

 * Build reusable UI components, workflow-driven experiences, and enterprise-grade mobile frameworks.
 * Implement offline-first functionality utilizing SQLite, synchronization services, caching mechanisms, and conflict resolution strategies.
 * Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, Microsoft Azure services, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other enterprise platforms.
 * Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
 * Apply MVVM and Clean Architecture principles to deliver maintainable and scalable solutions.
 * Create and support automated testing frameworks and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
 * Monitor application performance and participate in production support activities.
 * Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Model
