In this pre-sales role, you will combine technical expertise with commercial insight to shape solutions, support strategic opportunities, and accelerate the growth of our software business. Working closely with customers, sales overlay teams, Professional Services, and partners, you will develop a deep understanding of customers, their business goals, and their pain points, then translate these insights and technical requirements into solutions that modernize operations, improve resilience, and deliver measurable value. You will also help ensure that proposed solutions are practical to deploy and transition smoothly from pre-sales into implementation. You will initially focus on strategic customer and partner opportunities across North America. As you build credibility and demonstrate impact, the role may expand to include mentoring other architects and helping develop Solution Architect capabilities across North and South America.
