* Licensed Architect
 * 8+ years of related experience
 * Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees
 * Ability to produce and direct work
 * Strong construction administration ability
 * Revit proficiency throughout conceptual, schematic, design, and construction phases
 * Solid working knowledge of building codes
 * Experience with Sustainable Design and Energy Modeling preferred
 * Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * LEED accreditation preferred
 * Must be U.S. Citizen

## Description

* Understands all phases of design documentation and construction
 * Understands federal design specifications
 * Plans, coordinates and manages the project development process of government projects
 * Manages and mentors' staff for design quality, technical detailing, and presentations
 * Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties
 * Coordinates and collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with projects expectations
 * Mines existing government IDIQ vehicles for future task orders
 * Serves as a key contributor during client meetings and presentations
 * Travels as needed for client meetings, conferences, and internal strategic meetings
 * Supports proposal development process, as needed
 * Adopts company-wide processes for customer databases, relationship management, and customer experience
