## About the Role

* Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +6 yrs experience).
 * Typically 8+ years of related experience.
 * An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
 * Demonstrated expertise in one area of test engineering principles and practices (dynamics, thermal, measurement, HSI, SW Test, Integration, etc.).
 * Ability to work without appreciable direction with considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments.
 * Ability to lead, mentor, and guide early career engineers in the completion of job assignments.
 * Extensive technical expertise and working knowledge in the execution of Test Engineering job functions.
 * Expertise with various testing equipment, standards, and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Proficiency with advanced engineering software tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or TestStand for testing and validation.
 * Experience with environmental testing equipment such as thermal chambers, vibration tables, and data acquisition systems.
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity tasks and priorities effectively.
