The future of cybersecurity starts with you., * Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience * 5+ years of experience with relevant security applications, which could include endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, etc. * 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience * Basic understanding of software deployment technologies * Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms * Experience in computer and network systems security * Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems * Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex, The Platform Resident Consultant is an embedded technical advisor who partners closely with strategic customers to maximize the value of their CrowdStrike Falcon investment. This role combines specialized expertise with technical consulting to drive successful CrowdStrike Falcon adoption, optimization, and ongoing operational excellence. The resident consultant will have familiarity of all Falcon modules and deep knowledge in a few areas, such as Endpoint, Identity, or Cloud, and is responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the customer's Falcon environment.
