## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred Chemical, Industrial, information system, information science, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related)
 * Industrial Maintenance Journeyman's certificate or equivalent preferred
 * Understanding of Production and Processing equipment 0-5+ Years Industrial Maintenance Experience preferred

## Description

* Perform PC based inspection program developed by the vendor that uses various inspection logic
 * Responsible for incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and documentation
 * Commission vision cameras for 2D/3D part inspection, and process control
 * Train and equip the Quality Team to support vision systems after deployment into production
 * Establish vision systems test plans
 * Document control system and equipment configuration changes
 * Apply inspection method to troubleshoot various statuses (I/O boards, encoder, light controller, modules, and devices)
 * Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization
 * Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance
 * Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company
 * Ensure compliance with all EHS safety programs, policies, and procedures, * Direct, coordinate, lead, and mentor the activities of team members.
 * Experience with the management, maintenance, support, upgrade, and administration of a Microsoft Windows environment
 * Prepares and manages periodic preventive maintenance schedule
 * Technician is responsible for keeping the records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
 * Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues
 * Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements
 * Prepares and maintains maintenance related documents; daily report and check sheet
 * Other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
