## About the Role

* A structured troubleshooter - you isolate, test, and escalate instead of guessing
 * Patient with non-technical people. Our callers are teachers and front-office staff, and you can explain things in plain English without talking down
 * Solid with Windows and networking basics: Wi-Fi, drivers, IP addresses, firewalls, locked-down school networks
 * Fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and the like) - you use them to script, automate, and figure things out fast
 * Organized, reliable, and self-directed - the warehouse and the support queue both run on you, * 1-2 years in help desk, IT support, MSP, or field tech work - or the ability to show us you operate at that level
 * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
 * Able to pass a background check (you'll work inside K-12 schools)
 * Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and team-lift heavier equipment
 * Full-time, Monday-Friday, on-site in Mooresville, NC
 * No print-industry experience required - we'll train you on the printers

## Description

Poster Studio Express helps schools across the country make their own posters and banners. We sell and support wide-format printers nationwide, and we build our own print-management software, StudioCore. We're hiring one sharp, hands-on tech to be our support backbone: part help desk, part field technician, part warehouse operator.

If you're grinding through ticket quotas at an MSP or help desk and want variety, hardware in your hands, and a small team with zero bureaucracy - this is that job.

What you'll do

 * Run remote tech support for Studio Core: software installs, printer connectivity, and troubleshooting on school networks
 * Install printers and train staff on-site at schools
 * Unbox, configure, test, and prep wide-format printers in our warehouse
 * Run daily shipping and receiving and keep the warehouse tight - this is a real, daily part of the job, not a footnote
 * Use AI tools to automate the boring stuff: internal scripts, data cleanup, documentation
 * Document what you learn into our support playbook as you go
