## About the Role

* Agile facilitation skills, including Sprint Planning and backlog refinement, enabling teams to deliver iteratively and predictably.
\n

 * Strong Analytical Skills to interpret metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support data-informed decision-making.
\n

 * Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in a clear, respectful, and inclusive manner.
\n

 * Experience working with User Stories, acceptance criteria, and agile documentation to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
\n

 * Familiarity with Software Development environments, tools, and lifecycle practices to effectively support technical teams.
\n

 * Professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software or digital media setting.
\n

 * Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
\n

 * Relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent is preferred.
\n

 * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-organization, reliability, and proactive communication.
