## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
\n

 * At least 10 years of consumer electronics, smart-home, IoT, or related product development experience.
\n

 * At least 5 years leading technical engineering projects/programs - can be within the 10-year requirement above.
\n

 * Strong electrical hardware, controls, PCB/PCBA experience.
\n

 * Experience with Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, or other wireless technologies.
\n

 * Experience taking products through R&D, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch.
\n

 * Thread, Zigbee, and Matter experience is a plus, but not required.
