- 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, strategically important platform products.
- A proven track record of setting product strategy and delivering across zero-to-one development, platform evolution, or large-scale product transformation.

- Experience building products for professional users whose workflows, trust, and economic outcomes are critical to the business.
- Strong commercial and financial judgment, with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, retention, growth, and operational performance.
- Technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineering on platform architecture, integrations, data models, and sequencing decisions.
- A rigorous approach to discovery and measurement that combines qualitative research, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated success leading through ambiguity, making difficult tradeoffs, and driving execution across multiple teams and functions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to clearly articulate product strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
- Experience introducing significant product or workflow changes while maintaining user trust, platform reliability, and business continuity.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, fintech, or another regulated and operationally complex industry is strongly preferred. Experience with clinician-facing products, insurance workflows, or revenue-cycle management is a meaningful advantage.
