Preferred Qualifications · 5+ years of infrastructure, systems administration, or network administration experience. · Experience supporting a multi-site or geographically distributed organization. · Experience supporting retail, convenience store, hospitality, restaurant, or other 24/7 operational environments. · Experience with enterprise firewall and SD-WAN technologies. · Experience with hyperconverged or enterprise virtualization infrastructure. · Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools. · Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. · Experience with PowerShell or other scripting/automation technologies. · Experience participating in disaster recovery or business continuity exercises. · Familiarity with PCI DSS or other security/compliance frameworks. · Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Fortinet, VMware, Nutanix, or comparable industry certifications. Physical and Availability Requirements · Ability to occasionally lift and move computer, network, or server equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. · Ability to work in server rooms, network closets, offices, and remote business locations as required. · Ability to travel to company locations when necessary. · Ability to perform scheduled maintenance outside normal business hours when required. · Ability to participate in after-hours escalation or on-call support as assigned.
