The Manager is accountable for engineering execution, solution delivery, team leadership, operational excellence, and adoption of SAP Business AI capabilities. The role partners closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, SAP engineering teams, and external partners to deliver scalable cloud-native applications, AI-enabled business capabilities, and measurable business outcomes., * Lead teams responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). * Drive development of cloud-native applications using CAP, RAP, SAP Build, SAP Build Code, SAP HANA Cloud, Workflow, Business Rules, APIs, and BTP services. * Establish development standards, reusable application frameworks, engineering best practices, and coding standards. * Deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. * Partner with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and business capabilities. * Drive modernization and simplification of enterprise applications through reusable services, automation, and cloud-native architectures.
