Strong experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Payments domain. Proven experience working on Payments initiatives, preferably Wire Payments. Excellent requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience creating: o Business Requirement Documents (BRD) o Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) o User Stories o Process Flows o Acceptance Criteria Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Fedwire and/or The Clearing House (TCH) payment systems. Understanding of payment message formats and payment processing workflows. Experience working with payment operations, treasury services, or transaction banking platforms. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping exercises. Prior Product Owner or Product Analyst experience. Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Tech/Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the Financial Services and Payments industry, preferably in Wire Payments. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between Product, Operations, and Technology teams, helping drive requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and delivery of payments-related initiatives. This role requires a combination of business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical understanding to translate business needs into actionable requirements for technology teams. Experience with wire payment systems, including familiarity with Fedwire, The Clearing House (TCH), and related payment processing ecosystems, is highly desirable., Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business objectives and operational needs. Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business and functional requirements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Product Owners and Operations teams to prioritize requirements and manage scope. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. Assist testing teams in preparing test scenarios, validating functionality, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify business risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with proposed changes.
