## About the Role

* 5+ years of Linux System Administration experience.
 * Strong Red Hat/RHEL experience.
 * Network administration including IP networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and VLANs.
 * Hands-on data center infrastructure and server hardware experience.
 * Hardware troubleshooting and break-fix: RAM, HDD/NVMe, CPU, PSU, motherboard.
 * Rack, stack, cabling, labeling, and deployment of servers, switches, and storage.
 * Security hardening, user permissions, firewall configuration, and compliance.
 * System monitoring and performance troubleshooting.
 * Experience managing storage and compute infrastructure.
 * Experience with physical and virtual networking environments.
 * Network hardware lifecycle management, including EOL/EOS planning.
 * Ability to independently deploy and administer infrastructure stacks.

Preferred

 * Red Hat certification or equivalent.
 * Experience with enterprise data center environments.

Soft Skills

 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Good communication and teamwork.
 * Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues proactively.
