The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong full-stack development experience, a passion for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to quickly translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. This position will play a key role in developing intelligent applications capable of extracting, interpreting, and leveraging data from complex financial documents to support automated lending workflows., Full-Stack Application Development * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full technology stack. * Build backend services using Java and Python. * Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern front-end development practices. * Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code. AI-Driven Software Engineering * Utilize AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to accelerate software delivery. * Develop and integrate AI-enabled solutions that support intelligent document analysis and workflow automation. * Prototype and rapidly iterate on new application features using modern AI-assisted development techniques.
