* Strong experience developing applications with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
 * Experience building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, and messaging technologies.
 * Background delivering enterprise-scale software solutions in complex environments.
 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 * Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide technical direction while remaining hands-on.
 * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills., * Experience with Angular or React.
 * Azure OpenShift or container-based cloud environments.
 * CI/CD and DevOps experience with tools such as Jenkins and Git.
 * Kafka, Spring Batch, and other enterprise integration technologies.
 * Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated environments.
 * Exposure to large-scale legacy application environments and modernization efforts.

 * Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in software development.
 * Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring activities.
 * Support cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
 * Help drive long-term application strategy, performance improvements, and future enhancements.
