## About the Role

* At least 5 years of ITSM and/or HRSD ServiceNow Business Analyst / Project Management experience.\\n
 * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.\\n
 * Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.\\n
 * Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including writing user stories and breaking down larger stories into manageable components.\\n
 * Experience using business analysis tools and techniques to design and deliver business change.\\n
 * Experience with requirements elicitation or ServiceNow platform configuration.\\n
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including the ability to present recommendations and influence discussions.\\n
 * Ability to travel as required to support client engagements.\\n
 * Must possess a U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret Clearance.\\n

## Description

In this role, you will partner with federal clients to identify business needs, improve processes, and translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions. You will serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions address stakeholder needs and that development teams have clear, actionable requirements.
