You take ownership from design through production, communicate clearly, and help raise the technical bar through mentorship and constructive feedback., * You'll have 7-8 years of related software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree, or a master's degree with an equivalent combination of education and experience. * You've demonstrated strong experience in software development focused on backend systems and services. * You bring proficiency in Java, C#, C++, or similar backend languages, with strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. * You have experience building and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems, including 3+ years designing, building, deploying, and maintaining container-based applications. * You bring 4+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. * You have experience with Continuous Delivery practices and automated deployment pipelines. * You have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, effective communication and collaboration skills, and experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-level technical leadership. * You bring working knowledge of secure development practices and security considerations in distributed systems.
