Experience designing agents and multi-step automation with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft AI Foundry is a plus. The role combines architecture leadership, hands-on development, agile pod leadership, mentoring, and technical accountability from discovery through production., Lead discovery and architecture workshops; translate business, functional, non-functional, security, data, integration, and operational requirements into target-state architectures and delivery roadmaps. Architect and, where required, build solutions using Power Apps Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Automate, Custom Connectors, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI Foundry. Design enterprise extensions including PCF controls using TypeScript/React, Dataverse plug-ins using C#/.NET, Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven or API-led integration patterns. Load and transform data into Dataverse and/or Azure Data Lake using Azure Data Factory and Power Platform Dataflows. Define environment strategies, integration architecture, identity and access controls, resiliency, performance, scalability, observability, and supportability standards.
