Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification. * Working knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, security concepts, and cloud environments. * Understanding of software development principles, practices, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). * Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, processes, and tooling. * Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion. * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams. * Active Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of or experience with AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Codex etc.). * Knowledge of or experience with microservices and cloud-based environments. * Knowledge of or experience with Terraform / Ansible. * Knowledge of or experience with Cloud Certifications. * Knowledge of or experience with Operations Experience. * Advanced SAFe 6 or AI-Native SAFe certifications. * SAFe 6 DevOps certification. * SAFe 6 Experience/ Knowledge of AI-Native SAFe. * SAFe 6 Leading SAFe certification. ## Description Leidos is seeking a Jr. Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams for future work on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) ACSS contract. In this role, you will work within a Scaled Agile software development organization to help teams plan and execute sprint and Continuous Flow/Kanban activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress and dependencies, and support continuous improvement., You will work alongside the Agile Coach, technical team members, Product Owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support predictable delivery in a highly regulated environment.
