* Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
 * 1 to 3 years of experience providing desktop, help desk, or technical support in an enterprise environment

Experience troubleshooting and supporting:

 * Windows operating systems
 * Microsoft Office applications
 * Active Directory administration
 * Remote support tools and remote management platforms
 * VPN and wireless connectivity
 * Apple devices and operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, macOS)
 * Web-based applications
 * TCP/IP networking fundamentals
 * Endpoint security applications and tools
 * Experience using ticketing/help desk systems and knowledge bases
 * Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
 * Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

## Description

* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
 * Support Microsoft and Apple devices across the organization
 * Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
 * Assist with device deployments, upgrades, and system maintenance
 * Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the ticketing system
 * Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues in a timely manner
