## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
 * 8+ years of test engineering experience
 * 5+ years of test automation experience
 * Strong experience with Python, Java, or C#
 * Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Robot Framework
 * Strong understanding of automation framework architecture and system verification processes
 * Experience with Git/version control systems
 * Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably medical devices
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
 * Experience with FDA, ISO 13485, or EU MDR standards
 * Experience with Polarion or Windchill
 * Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience
