## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in payments, or data analytics (ideally in fintech, ecommerce, or SaaS).

 * Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
\n

 * Strong data storytelling skills - able to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

 * Experience working with or analyzing transaction-level payments data (e.g., card authorization rates, chargebacks, gateway logs).

 * Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

 * Comfort working directly with leadership and clients.

## Description

We're hiring a Senior Payments Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for analyzing client transaction data and delivering insights that drive revenue growth for our clients. You'll work directly with our CEO, CPO and cross-functional teams to uncover trends, flag anomalies, and identify opportunities for optimization across gateways, BINs, and merchant configurations.
