Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure Integration Services, and SharePoint Online. Experience designing enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management. Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, licensing, environment strategy, and CoE implementation. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and application lifecycle management. Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security best practices. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. Ability to lead client workshops and engage with both technical and executive stakeholders. Qualifications Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Field Service implementations. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions. Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent automation frameworks. Design and govern Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate workflows, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio solutions. Define application architecture, data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and governance standards. Architect enterprise integrations with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other business applications. Establish Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) strategies, governance frameworks, environment management, and ALM best practices. Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps. Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and deployment strategies. Ensure security, compliance, data governance, and DLP policies are implemented across all Power Platform environments. Define DevOps and CI/CD processes utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub, Managed Solutions, and deployment pipelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, consultants, and project teams. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution quality assessments to ensure adherence to best practices.
