## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile technology teams.
 * Experience leading large-scale technology, data, analytics, cloud, or infrastructure initiatives.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
 * Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

## Description

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative. This role will facilitate Agile delivery, drive collaboration across technical and business teams, remove obstacles, and help ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities

 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
 * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value.
 * Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and cross-team coordination.
 * Maintain sprint plans, release schedules, delivery metrics, and program reporting.
 * Track team velocity, capacity, milestones, and overall delivery health.
 * Provide status updates and communications to leadership and stakeholders.
 * Drive process improvements and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
