## About the Role

* Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
 * Due to government contract requirements candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
 * 2+ years' experience with electronics design or testing in a team setting.
 * 2+ years' interacting with customers in technical product support or technical sales role.
 * Proficiency with Linux OS and Kernel use, including debugging Linux system setup and software installation
 * Familiarity with Python, C, and C++, including common open-source processing libraries like NumPy, OpenCV, Torch, etc.
 * Experience with technical writing including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, styling, formatting
 * Ability to travel up to 30% of the time if necessary
 * Good communication skills
 * Work both independently and in a team setting

Desired skills:

 * RMA troubleshooting and debugging
 * Military and night vision industry cameras
 * Nvidia device and embedded processor use
 * Familiarity with MIPI, I2C, SPI, GMSL, USB, Serial Port
 * Familiarity with VS Code, Python debuggers

## Description

Customer Integration and "Bring-up" Support

 * Support customers in initial setup, system testing and hardware evaluation
 * Perform debugging and troubleshooting, camera performance tuning and optimization in customers' systems

Proof of Concepts and Technical Sales

 * Build customer evaluation kits, write Python scripts, set up test benches to prove camera capability
 * Recommend right combination of sensors, lens and software algorithm based on customer needs

Interfacing between Customers and the Engineering Team

 * Write application notes and technical guides for customers explaining how to best implement cameras
 * Collect customer feedback and field test results
 * Support continued development and optimization for the low light products
