The Opportunity As a dedicated Software Engineer - Contact Center Applications - Intermediate Level you will work with the Member Service Representative (MSR) Performance and Analytics team within USAA's Contact Center Technologies department. This team utilizes agile methodologies to engineer and maintain platform capabilities which enable USAA to operate as a multi-channel contact center that is compliant, governed, and focused on the measurement and improvement of MSR behaviors and their interactions with USAA members. Within defined guidelines and frameworks, you will provide support to the Association through delivering best in class technology solutions. You will engage in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle which include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software, and responding to outages. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
