This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and innovation. Some of your responsibilities would include: - Set up and configure a variety of network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, and QoS. - Adhere to established configuration and change management policies to ensure that changes to the network infrastructure are well-documented, approved, and successful. - Collaborate with the company's security team to choose and implement security tools, policies, and procedures. - Coordinate with vendors and other IT staff to resolve issues. - Conduct professional technical tasks that require comprehensive knowledge and diverse application of network engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques. - Oversee the execution of network engineering processes throughout the lifecycle and report on project status and progress against specific plans.
