 * 8+ years of SAP S/4 Implementation experience.
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Funds Management and Grants management.
 * Strong experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
 * Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing functional teams.
 * Strong understanding of government budgeting, appropriations, funds control, and public sector financial operations.
 * Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.

Ideally, you'll also have:

 * Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
 * A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
 * Certification in SAP Financial Accounting (Preferred).

 * Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Funds Management and SAP Grants Management solutions for government clients.

 * Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution validation sessions.
