## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related STEM discipline with 12 years of experience; Master's degree with 10 years of experience; or PhD with 7 years of experience
 * Experience serving as a technical lead on a defense project
 * Experience across the formal software lifecycle , including requirements, design, implementation, integration, and test
 * Experience in C/C++ or Rust
 * Experience developing and debugging embedded real-time systems
 * US Citizenship is required
 * An active US Government Secret clearance is required
 * Ability to work full-time onsite in Beavercreek, Ohio

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience developing software in Rust
 * Experience with Xilinx-based platforms and tools
 * Experience using Agile software development processes and tools such as Jira
 * Experience using DevSecOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, or Nexus
 * Familiarity with Linux kernel driver development and modification
