* Proven experience in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering at a senior level in complex, distributed environments (~8+ years)
\n

 * Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS) and advanced Kubernetes, including cluster design, multi-tenant management, and upgrade strategies
\n

 * Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation at scale) and CI/CD design using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
\n

 * Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio preferred), observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch), and proficiency in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
\n

 * Comfort working across globally distributed teams, with the communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders and the mindset to thrive in async, cross-timezone environments
