## About the Role

* 5+ years of software engineering, with 3+ years in blockchain protocol or node infrastructure. Production-grade blockchain experience beyond smart contracts is required.

 * Deep hands-on experience with blockchain node infrastructure, consensus algorithms (BFT, PoS, PoA variants), and distributed systems design.
\n

 * Rust and/or Go experience, and the flexibility to switch stacks as the roadmap moves.
\n

 * Production experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, Canton, or comparable L1/L2 networks. Full L1 node build-out and management of significant on-chain volume is the strongest signal.

## Description

Senior Blockchain Engineer to own the settlement path of an institutional L1: transaction lifecycle, finality, and recovery for stablecoin, CBDC, and tokenized-asset payments.
