## About the Role

Skillset: Provider Domain, Full Stack Development (.NET/C#, React/Angular), AWS, Healthcare Interoperability (HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI), AI-Assisted Engineering, Onshore/Offshore Delivery Leadership, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 * 12-15 years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a technical leadership or management role.

 * Expert-level proficiency in .NET/C# (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework) and strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Blazor).

 * Deep hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
\n

 * Proven experience building and operating microservices-based, distributed, cloud-native applications.
\n

 * Strong expertise in relational database design and query optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
\n

 * Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2/OIDC authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.

 * Proven experience managing and delivering programs across distributed onshore/offshore teams.

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and executive stakeholder engagement.

## Description
