## About the Role

* 8+ years of IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation and scripting.
 * 8+ years of application onboarding and integrating business applications with IAM platforms.
 * 5+ years designing RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access certification solutions.
 * 5+ years managing centralized Identity Providers, SSO and MFA.
 * 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
 * 3+ years performing user access reviews using SailPoint ISC.
 * 3+ years integrating applications with SailPoint ISC.
 * 3+ years of Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience.
 * 3+ years automating user provisioning/reporting using PowerShell and Python.
 * Strong experience with SAML 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, identity federation and application integration.
 * State Government experience is preferred.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced IAM Software Developer III to support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives for a Texas State Government client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IAM/IGA, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle automation., * Design and manage enterprise IAM/IGA solutions.

 * Implement identity lifecycle and provisioning workflows.
 * Integrate applications with SailPoint ISC and centralized IAM platforms.
 * Design RBAC and SoD models.
 * Configure and support SSO/MFA using SAML and OIDC.
 * Develop IAM automation using PowerShell and Python.
 * Conduct access reviews and certification campaigns.
 * Support PAM, directory services, IAM infrastructure, servers and databases.
 * Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams.
 * Maintain IAM architecture, technical documentation and operational standards.
