 * Familiarity with Texas DIR/DCS or similar state procurement and demand processes
 * Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and/or MuleSoft Certified Architect

## Description

We are seeking a senior Integration Architect to lead the technical direction of a state healthcare Integration Hub built on Azure and MuleSoft. This role is the go-to technical authority for architecture, security, disaster recovery, and compliance, working alongside HHSC, APEX, and NTT Data teams.
What You Will Do

 * Lead and validate the Integration Hub architecture across a dual-gateway design, with MuleSoft handling external traffic and Azure APIM managing internal APIs
 * Partner with APEX, NTT Data, and HHSC architects to define HA/DR classifications
 * Design the security model for the Secure Storage component
 * Review and validate Azure sizing and cost projections
 * Drive the build-approach decision (Terraform vs. NTT Data delivery)
 * Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues
 * Support Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts
 * Coach and mentor the development team

 * Validated architecture designs with HA/DR classification recommendations
 * Secure Storage security design
 * Reviewed Azure cost and sizing model
 * Build-approach recommendation
 * ATO support documentation
