## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
 + OR equivalent experience.
 * 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

 * Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
 + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter., * Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
 + OR equivalent experience.
 * 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
 * 5+ years of experience with modern cloud infrastructure concepts and design techniques
 * 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
 * 1+ year(s) of experience proven technical program management track record with strong history of delivering highly effective and collaborative products in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.

Technical Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.

## Description

* Responsible for supporting our most important AI customers as they embark on their cloud AI journey.
 * Work closely with key customers and partners to fuel the growth of the Azure AI platform.
 * Strong Principal Technical Program Manager to drive highly impactful cross-organization initiatives around leading AI Infrastructure spanning multiple Azure products and services.
 * A self-starter with proven track record of managing complex program/project to successful completion, working across a large set of cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Willing and able to mentor members of the team and provide support to our Product Management team.
 * Candidate must be coachable and a team player.
