Deploying and managing VMs, storage, and networking in Azure. Implementing Azure AD for identity management and security measures. * Familiarity with IBM Cognos Business Analytics. * Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques. * Knowledge of software application environments. * Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques. * Strong understanding of IT policies and security standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. * Industry-relevant certifications (MCSE, ITIL, Network +, Security +) are preferred ## Description The Information Systems Analyst position is all about making sure our bank's critical applications are interconnected, automated, and streamlined.
