Role summary: Content Management executes CES business technology enablement across assigned businesses and programs, translating business, operational, legal, and policy needs into configured and executable technology experiences. This role serves as a hands-on technical business owner from discovery through production readiness, configuring workflows, decision logic, actions, AI-first content, and business rules across CES-owned capabilities. The Staff performs technical discovery, translates requirements, supports Salesforce administration and configuration, and enables business onboarding and deployment across associate, customer, and AI experiences. Working across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and business teams, this role enables CES to implement business change through reusable configuration and structured content. About the team: The Voice of the Advocate - Content Management team enables CES to translate business needs into executable technology experiences across associate, customer, and AI surfaces. The team owns business-side configuration of journeys, decision logic, actions, AI-first content, and business rules, while supporting Salesforce administration and business onboarding. Working across Business, Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy, the team enables accurate, scalable changes at the speed of the business while reducing dependency on custom Product and Engineering development.
