Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # PTP- SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER - **Company:** OCHIN - **Location:** United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Experienced - **Salary:** $85,697.0 - $137,116.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Health Informatics, Internet Services, Interoperability, Information Technology - **Published:** October 1, 2026 - **Apply:** https://diversityjobs.com/main/sendform/8/8/28176/1/18486463?backUrl=%2Fcareer%2F18486463%2FPtp-Solutions-Developer ## About the Role * Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science, preferred) or a combination of college education and five or more (5+) years of relevant experience. * Minimum of four (4) years of experience in similar or relevant role. * Epic Experience required * Experience in building integration between external systems/applications, such as Ambient Tools, Telehealth, Devices, etc. with Epic required. * Knowledge of Interoperability standards is highly preferred. * One (1) or more Epic certifications/proficiencies are preferred. * Work history in Healthcare IT is required. * Track record of identifying issues and pro-actively solving them through an innovative mindset * Served as Subject Matter Expert on a portfolio of products, including technical architecture, identifying, prioritizing, and building opportunities for enhancement * Experience serving as Level 3 (final level) of customer support including problem solving across technical and customer facing teams * Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50-60-minute competency assessment. The assessment gives us insights into how your strengths, preferences, and work style align with the OCHIN's nine core competencies. It's not about passing or failing-it's about understanding fit and setting you up for success. Physical Requirements/Work Environment: * Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action. * Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English. * While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. * This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely and will require that employees be on camera for all virtual meetings. * The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices. * Travel is required to support OCHIN's business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by air, vehicle, or train., * Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment * High Speed Internet Service * It is a requirement that employees work in a distraction free workplace ## Description The Solutions Developer supports OCHIN's mission by developing, configuring, and supporting software and/or integrations. This position works in partnership with the team to design, build, test and implement new and existing application functionality. This position will partner internally and externally to resolve technical problems, identify optimizations, and implement enhancements.
