## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, user experience design, human-centered design, digital product design, or related environments, with a Bachelor's degree required
 * Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise applications
 * Proficiency with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar technologies
 * Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments and translating complex technical workflows into intuitive digital experiences
 * Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance, * Experience designing cloud-based applications, data visualizations, dashboards, or other complex digital platforms
 * Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG, accessibility testing, and accessible design practices
 * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, front-end development concepts, and modern application architectures
 * Experience supporting federal technology, modernization, or other secure technology environments

## Description

* Lead UX research and discovery efforts while developing user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for complex applications
 * Design responsive user interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and reusable components for web-based applications, dashboards, and data-driven platforms
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, cloud, and technical teams to translate complex requirements and workflows into intuitive user-centered designs
 * Conduct usability testing and design validation while incorporating user and stakeholder feedback to improve functionality, accessibility, and overall user experience
 * Develop and maintain design specifications, prototypes, component libraries, and developer handoff documentation while supporting Section 508 and accessibility requirements
