## About the Role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead Engineer to support and enhance Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for programs subject to U.S. export control regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Teamcenter Server Administration, Active Workspace (AW) configuration/customization, Teamcenter development, and validation support, along with the ability to quickly understand and support QMS (Quality Management System) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field., Experience supporting Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, or other regulated product development environments.

Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.

\n

Ability to work on programs requiring access to export-controlled technical data.

\n

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder strongly preferred due to ITAR program requirements.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, implement Teamcenter enhancements, and provide ongoing support for enterprise PLM environments.
