## About the Role

* 3-6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Methasoft and/or Smart EMR platforms.\\n
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow configuration, rules management, forms configuration, and decision-table setup within healthcare technology environments.\\n
 * Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.\\n
 * Strong understanding of EMR/EHR workflows, healthcare operations, and clinical/business process optimization.\\n
 * Proven experience executing configuration testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.\\n
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to assess complex business scenarios and recommend solutions.\\n
 * Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery environments.\\n
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.\\n
