The Agile Development Lead is responsible for maintaining technical excellence across the software development lifecycle, including cloud-native application development, DevSecOps integration, automated testing, security compliance, system integration, and operational support. The position ensures solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards while supporting continuous delivery and iterative improvement of GSAFleet.gov capabilities. Responsibilities * Lead one assigned Agile Product or O&M team through refinement, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. * Work with Product Managers and Product Owners on stories, estimates, acceptance criteria, sprint commitments, and dependencies. * Apply peer review, automated testing, secure development, CI/CD, Jira evidence, and the Definition of Done. * Maintain code, configuration, test results, deployment artifacts, and as-built documentation; report progress and impediments. * For Agile Product assignment, focus on new capabilities, Managed Services, integrations, and accepted product outcomes. * For O&M assignment, focus on production defects, minor enhancements, incident resolution, release verification, stability, and technical debt. * Coordinate architecture and shared components with the Lead Solution Architect and other team. * Other duties as assigned
