They will report directly to the Product Owner for Bullhorn and any other tools the team is responsible for. This role will assist other Application Administrators in mastering the platform and providing continuous service improvements., The ideal candidate will have extensive experience guiding people in understanding, managing, and supporting various platforms. They must be able to articulate technical concepts and workflows in a clear, easy-to-understand way for end users. They must be able to troubleshoot platform-specific issues and have experience resolving them. They must have a strong understanding of database concepts, including tables, relationships, queries, and reporting. They must have experience collaborating with other teams, such as IT, Development, HR, and other business functions. The right candidate will be an energetic self-starter who is a Bullhorn or Replicon expert.
