The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze and communicate quantitative and qualitative data, with a strong focus on marketing analytics, including campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, channel effectiveness, and marketing ROI. The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with visual storytelling and can translate business questions into dashboards, insights, and executive-ready recommendations. This role will help shape decisions across marketing, product, and broadband business performance.
