## About the Role

## Description

In support of the USMC's MCTSSA Program, Air Systems Team.

C2 Air Systems/Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) LEAD SME
is responsible for providing C4I systems support to military units via on-site
and remote efforts. This support includes the set-up, configuration, operation,
troubleshooting and maintenance of the CAC2S Shellback, Operations Facility
(OPFAC) and the Communication Subsystem (CS). These support efforts are
provided to military units while deployed, in garrison, in preparation of, and while
participating in major exercises and contingency operations.

 - Able to provide highly specialized system interoperability and integration support,
including over-the shoulder training and troubleshooting of multiple air
communication systems to Marines deployed and in garrison

 - Experience with operation and technical support of CAC2S, Air Defense Systems
Integrator (ADSI), Tactical Data Links Jreap A/B/C, Link 16, Vmf, Tactical Radios,
and Sensors, Lead integration of tactical communication systems (RF, SATCOM, networked systems) in support of operational testing and field events
-Translate mission requirements into executable technical plans
-Coordinate across operators, developers, and stakeholders to ensure systems work together in real-world environments
-Oversee a small team supporting C2 system integration and field support
-Support planning and execution of exercises, demonstrations, and test events
-Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple systems under time constraints
-Provide clear communication and briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
