The Scrum Master is an integral part of a team of developers and cloud engineers that create new features for legacy applications as the sponsor's mission continues to expand and evolve. The Scrum Master works closely with product owners, business analysts, and other teams to ensure business requirements are decomposed into technical solutions. Our work rhythm revolves around the Scrum agile framework to deliver incremental enhancements on a 3-week cycle. Team members actively participate in planning deliverables and grooming the Jira backlog. We rely on team collaboration to continually fine tune performance and ensure clear communication.
