## Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Operations & Support Specialist to join a growing IT team and play a critical role in supporting employees while helping manage and enhance the organization's technology environment.

This position is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, delivering exceptional end-user support, and taking ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, networking, and security initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, security, and scalability., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, connectivity, and user account issues

 * Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripherals within a primarily macOS/iOS environment
 * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls
 * Support Microsoft 365, endpoint management solutions, identity management platforms, SSO, MFA, and cloud-based applications
 * Assist with network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, servers, storage, and backup systems
 * Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation, standards, and operational procedures
 * Partner with technology vendors and participate in infrastructure, security, and modernization projects
 * Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization
 * Help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the overall IT environment
