experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise CRM technologies is preferred. * Strong understanding of wealth management, banking, or insurance business processes and how CRM capabilities support financial services organizations. * Ability to advise clients on CRM platform capabilities, technology selections, data models, integrations, and solution architecture rather than focusing solely on system configuration. * Understanding of capabilities such as advisor and servicing workflows, case management, lead management, relationship management, and customer engagement. * Familiarity with the broader financial services technology ecosystem;
