## About the Role

* 6 to 10+ years of direct experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced business intelligence roles.

 * Deep P&C Insurance Expertise (Non-Negotiable): Hands-on experience working directly with Policy, Claims, Billing, or Insurance Finance data models.
\n

 * Proven mastery of SQL and structural data modeling methodologies (dimensional modeling, star schemas).
\n

 * A strong portfolio of creating enterprise-grade dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
\n

 * Solid experience with data validation, reconciliation, and testing methodologies.

 * Ability to work completely independently, manage projects, and interface directly with non-technical business leaders.
